The European Union adopts new restrictive measures against Belarus

Pursuant to Implementing Decision (CFSP) 2023/1592 and Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1591 implementing Article 8b Regulation (EC) n. 765/2006 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Belarus and the involvement of Belarus in the Russian aggression against Ukraine, on 3 August 38 persons and 3 entities were added to the list of natural and legal persons, entities and bodies subject to restrictive measures listed in Annex I. In addition, new restrictive measures have been adopted on products of the aeronautical, military and technological sector of Belarus through Council Regulation (EU) 2023/1594.
