The new provisions also provide for a targeted temporary derogation aimed at facilitating the transition of European supply chains in the semiconductor sector.<\/p>\n<p>On 15 June 2026, a <b>new package of sanctions against Russia<\/b> was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.<\/p>\n<p>The new restrictive measures are set out in the following legal acts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202601336\"><b>Council Regulation (EU) 2026\/1336<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 amending Regulation (EU) No 269\/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202601333\"><b>Council Decision (CFSP) 2026\/1333<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 amending Decision 2014\/145\/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202601364\"><b>Council Decision (CFSP) 2026\/1364<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 amending Decision 2014\/145\/CFSP concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/reg_impl\/2026\/1361\/oj\/eng\"><b>Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026\/1361<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 implementing Regulation (EU) No 269\/2014 concerning restrictive measures in respect of actions undermining or threatening the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202601351\"><b>Council Decision (CFSP) 2026\/1351<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 amending Decision (CFSP) 2024\/2643 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia&#8217;s destabilising activities;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202601356\"><b>Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026\/1356<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 implementing Regulation (EU) 2024\/2642 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia&#8217;s destabilising activities;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202601363\"><b>Council Decision (CFSP) 2026\/1363<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 amending Decision (CFSP) 2024\/1484 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Russia;<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/legal-content\/EN\/TXT\/?uri=OJ:L_202601362\"><b>Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2026\/1362<\/b><\/a> of 15 June 2026 implementing Regulation (EU) 2024\/1485 concerning restrictive measures in view of the situation in Russia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The main restrictive measures introduced are outlined below.<\/p>\n<h3><b>INDIVIDUAL MEASURES<\/b><\/h3>\n<h4><b><i>New Designations under Regulation (EU) No 269\/2014<\/i><\/b><\/h4>\n<p>The following have been listed in Annex I to Regulation (EU) No 269\/2014:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><b>9 natural persons<\/b>; and<\/li>\n<li><b>45 entities<\/b><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>responsible for the brutal military campaign deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure, including energy, water and healthcare facilities, which has caused severe suffering to the Ukrainian civilian population.
